The Roadmaster # RM-524431-5 base plate kit you referred to is indeed a fit for the 2013 Ford F150 with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine.
To complete your flat towing system, you'll need a tow bar, safety cables, wiring so that the towed vehicle's taillights operate in tandem with those of the RV and a supplemental braking system.
For a tow bar, I'd recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2, part # RM-520, assuming that the as-towed weight of your truck is under 6000 lbs. For safety cables, use part # RM-643. To wire the vehicle, I'd recommend the Hopkins # HM56000 wiring harness. This is a plug-and-play system that doesn't require any cutting or splicing into the existing vehicle wiring. For a simple to use braking system use the Stay-IN-Play DUO, part # SM99251. You also need a relay, part # RM-88400.
