Does the F1008-30 have the appropriate holes drilled in the left frame plate to accommodate the factory vibration dampner?

The Torklift hitch part # TLF1008-30 that fits your 2019 Ford F-450 uses the exact same mounting points as the factory hitch and does not require the removal of any vehicle components so you would be able to retain any dampeners.
