Will this relocation kit work with the Northstar Laredo SC tiedowns? I am trying to put that camper on a 2007 F350 DRW long bed truck and I am not sure if this is the solution I need?

Yes the TorkLift Camper Anchor Relocation Kit # TLA7004 that you referenced will work great with your Northstar Laredo SC tiedowns. Torklift states that this adapter is normally needed if the distance between the front bumper of your camper and the center of the rear anchor point is less than 90 inches.
