I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, the U-bolt that is included in the Replacement EasySnap Mounting Kit for Thule Cargo Boxes # TH05820 is only available as a set (not individually). The reason why is because the EasySnap hardware that was on the Cascade XT 1100 was discontinued by Thule in order to upgrade the hardware. I confirmed with my tech at Thule that a great solution would be to purchase part a, b, and c from the Thule Force line of boxes (shown in the attached picture). With this option, you get the same function with smoother and more efficient hardware on your Cascade XT 1100. For those parts, you need:

- Replacement Thule AcuTight Cradle for Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Boxes # TH8523387001 (x4)
- Replacement Quick Grip Mount Assembly # TH05738 (x4)
- Replacement Slide Strip for Thule Evolution Cargo Box # TH05401 (x4)

As far as changing the lock, you may not need to change the entire cylinder by the looks of your photo. If you just need a spare key, we do carry replacements for the lock cylinder N191 with Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers - N191 # THKEYN191.

If you need a new lock core for a replacement, that is the Replacement Lock Core and Key # 1500004217. We unfortunately do not carry lock cores cut to the N191 key.
