For your 2020 Ford Fusion I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12091. This hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500lbs and maximum tongue weight of 350lbs and is not rated for use with weight distribution hitches. This hitch is a simple bolt-on installation with no welding required but it does require removal of your underbody panel(s) installation. It fits well on Hybrid models but doesn't fit 2020 Energi models.

For the bike rack I recommend the Malone Runway Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # MPG2130. This rack has a weight capacity of 33lbs per bike and is rated for use on cars, vans, trucks, and SUVs.
