I’m looking for a bed rack for my Tundra with the bed rail system and I’m wondering if this Rola Haul is the only option without taking off the rail system?

I may have a solution for you, but it's actually not the bed rail system that's going to cause issues; it's the tonneau cover you've got on your 2018 Toyota Tundra. Because that tonneau sits above the rails and mounts where the ladder rack would, you would need to either remove the tonneau altogether or get a new tonneau cover that won't interfere; there are also some options that you can get as an all in one package that would do a great job. The Rola Haul Your Might T3 # 59799 will work with your bed rail management system and actually attaches directly to them, so it would work if you removed the tonneau cover.
