The Replacement Dome for Fan-Tastic Vent RV Roof Vents - White # FVK1020-81 is for 14" x 14" vents and fits Fan-Tastic Vent models FV801200, FV801208, FV801250, FV807350, FV802250, FV803350, and FV800900.
If you have 15" x 15" vent then you can use the Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # FVU1500WH instead which will fit your vent and allow you to open your vent in any weather and also while driving without having to worry about damage to the vent or the elements getting into your 2004 Forest River Salem Travel Trailer.
