Since the Upgraded ModuLite Wiring Harness # 119190 is a universal harness it can indeed be used to add a 4-way connector to your 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 motorhome to tow your 2012 Honda CR-V.

With that said you would be better off with the # 119190KIT as it includes all of the wiring and connectors needed to get the harness installed instead of the harness you mentioned which is just the bare harness.

Since this kit pulls power directly from your battery it will keep from overloading the tail light/brake light circuits on your motorhome.
