Can the Bulldog Rack-and-Post Assembly # BD018006 be Purchased without the Wheel?

My rack and post is bent my wheel is still good. The post is 21” can I get a new rack and post without the wheel

I have an answer for you. I went ahead and called my tech from Horizon (the owners of BULLDOG products), and she confirmed that the Bulldog Rack-and-Post Assembly w/ Steel Wheel for Rack-and-Gear Jack - 21" # BD018006 cannot be purchased without the wheel at the bottom of the assembly.
