Question:
I am trying to decide if Timbren or Sumosprings would be the best bet for my setup. I have a 2018 Ram 2500 that I use to haul a 12k lbs travel trailer bumper pull about once a month for a long weekend but sometimes up to 2-week trips in the summer. The tongue weight is right around 1400 pounds and we get quite a bit of chucking on uneven roads. I am looking to cut that down as much as possible.

I have a solution for you but the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TDR2500D will not do anything to address the chucking issue you are encountering when pulling your 12k lbs trailer on uneven roads.
I recommend addressing your hauling issues with a weight distribution system like the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Clamp On item # BXW1500. This system is for trailers with a maximum towing weight of 15,000 lbs and a 1,500 lbs tongue weight capacity. The Blue OX SwayPro evenly distributes weight over the axles of your 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 and trailer for added stability and control when hauling. I have attached a review video and FAQ article on weight distribution systems.
