Best Hitch for 2021 Audi Q5 that Allows Use of the Hands-free Sensors

Is there a hitch that when installed doesn't effect my hands-free liftgate sensors on my 2021 Audi Q5?

There is not a hitch that doesn't impact the hand-free sensors. The sensors will still work, you just need to use them more to the side as the hitch will block them directly in the middle.
The hitch I recommend for your 2021 Audi Q5 is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e94CR. This hitch will work with both the Plug-in Hybrid version and excluding the Plug-in Hybrid. This hitch is made in the USA and has a limited lifetime warranty as well as a no drill installation.
The weight carrying capacity of this hitch is:
Gross Towing Weight (GTW):
5,000 lbs.
Tongue Weight (TW):
750 lbs.
If you are planning to tow any sort of trailer and do not already have a 4-way wire connector I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat # 119250KIT. This allows you to install a 4-way trailer connector on your vehicle without cutting or splicing into your wiring.
