Will A Yakima Roof Rack Fit On A 2019 Toyota Highlander Even With The Sloping Roof

You should not have any problems with the roof on your 2019 Toyota Highlander. When Yakima redesigned their towers for naked roofs they add two additional adjustments, toe and pitch. A Yakima rack on a 2019 or a 2020 Toyota Highlander will have front tower pitch measurement of 6º and the rear tower pitch measurement of -6º. This is done precisely for the slope in the roof of the Toyota Highlander. I have included a picture of the pitch diagram from Yakima's installation manual below.
