Question:
I have an older boat trailer the we converted to a flatbed trailer it has a square axle and 13inch 4 lug wheels. I am having a bit of trouble locating wheels for this. Can I change the hubs to 5 lug so I can find wheels easier, 4 lugs are hard to find, 5 lugs are everywhere it would seem? I will remove a hub and get pictures of it and numbers from axle bearings. Im hoping it will be cost effective to change the hubs. I ordered wheels, but FedEx seems to be reluctant to deliver them.

Rather than replace your hubs, we have wheels available that fit your trailer. I recommend the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20222DX. These 13" x 4-1/2" wheels have a 4 on 4 bolt pattern with a capacity of 1,360 lbs each. This would be the easiest solution to your problem.
If you would really like to replace the hubs and get different wheels then I would need the information you mentioned from your existing bearings. If the bearing part numbers are not listed, you will have to take measurements. I have attached a helpful picture that shows where to take measurements as well as where the part numbers can be found.
I have also attached a link to all of our 13" wheels with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern you can check out, as well as a video review of the Dexstar wheel for your reference.
