I need new trailer hub, I have a tapered spindle, the inner bearing number is L44649r but I can’t read the numbers on the outer bearing but it measures.749 inch. Can you help me. Thanks

Based on the measurements you provided of your outer bearing you have the # LM11949 which is kind of an odd-ball bearing, and as such there are no hubs that we offer that use the # L44649 and # LM11949 bearing combination.
You did not mention why you need to replace the hub, but assuming there is no excessive damage then your best bet is going to be replacing the bearings with # LM11949, and # L44649, and the races with # L44610 and # LM11910 to refurbish the hub.
If it is damaged to the point of being unusable then you will need to replace the axle with one that has a more common bearing combination and replacement parts.
To determine which axle would be the correct replacement you will need to get the hub face to hub face measurement, spring center to spring center measurement, and the axle rating needed. I included a diagram for you that shows these measurements.
If you can provide the above information I would be happy to recommend a replacement axle if needed.
