We’re gettintg this hitch installed on our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan to pull a 5 x 8 UHaul trailer. Will this work? Thanks!

Yes the etrailer hitch # e98854 that fits your 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan will do a great job towing a 5 x 8 rental trailer. You'll also need trailer wiring too like with the Tekonsha # 118534 to control the taillights of the trailer. They'll let you borrow a ball mount so I wouldn't worry about buying one at this time.
