If you're wanting to cover the contents of your 24x64 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs # e83YR during travel then I recommend using the etrailer Cargo Bag w/ Mounting Straps - Water Resistant - 20 cu ft - 59" x 24" x 24" # 988501. This is a water resistant bag that will fit in the tray of the etrailer Cargo Carrier # e83YR and protect the contents from the elements during travel.
If you have specific items like a generator that you'll be carrying, there are generators bags that can be used; these are fairly specific depending on the generator size/model so if you can let me know what type of generator you're wanting to cover I can try to locate a cover that would work for this application.
