I have a different option for you, but the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness # C56267 you were looking at for your 2015 Nissan Murano is for towing a trailer and will not work for powering the lights while being towed behind your Class A motorhome.

I looked up your Murano and it is not a vehicle that can be flat towed so as such there are not wiring kits or base plate kits available for it.

Instead you will need to go with a tow dolly such as the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly # DM9713093 assuming that your Murano is front wheel drive. If it is all wheel drive then the only option to tow it behind your motorhome is with a trailer.

With a tow dolly such as the # DM9713093 mentioned above your vehicle does not need a wiring harness installed as the dolly has its own lights.
