In order to install a Curt 5th Wheel Hitch like the Q20 part # C16130 or part # C16536 on a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 with pucks, you simply need a rail adapter or a new base. If you have the fixed version then I recommend a new base, the Curt OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs part # CU53FR or if you have the sliding version then you will need a rail adapter, the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch part # C88KR.
