Yes, you will have to either temporarily lower and remove the spare tire on your 2022 Kia Telluride in order to install the Curt Hitch # C13420. However, you will be able to replace the tire once you complete the installation. I went ahead and included a video installation of the hitch being installed on a 2021 model Telluride. The installation on your 2022 model will be nearly identical.
