Question:
We have Specialized E-Bikes that weight ~45 lbs. The Microsport Trailer lists 33 lbs capacity. Weve looked at both Yakima High-Ride and Thule Upride roof racks and neither can accommodate the Crossbar Spread of 44inch of the Trailer. The weight capacity is okay, but the Crossbar Spread is an issue. Any suggestions?

My best recommendation would be to use either the Malone 2 Tier LowBed MegaSport Trailer # MPG550-LB if you are needing the trailer to also haul Kayaks like the Malone MicroSport Trailer # MPG461KB or to use a Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer # MAL53FR if the bikes are the only thing that you are needing to haul with your trailer.
The Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer # MAL53FR has a crossbar spread of 38-1/2" allowing you to use the Rhino-Rack Hybrid Roof Bike Rack # RRRBC050-FB with your 45lb Specialized E-Bikes.
The Malone 2 Tier LowBed MegaSport Trailer # MPG550-LB will allow you to spread the top rack crossbars to different spreads. This will allow you to fit most any bike rack that mounts to square crossbars and the weight does not exceed 150lbs on the top rack. This will fit the Yakima HighRoad # Y02114 that you were looking at.
Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer - 58" Crossbars - 400 lbs
Malone 2 Tier LowBed MegaSport Trailer - 86" Crossbars - 1,000 lbs
