I may have a solution for you, but with the VOM-73SN production being stopped a while back, I will not have a direct replacement, unfortunately. With that being said, I did manage to piece some parts together that should get you exactly what you need.

First, the Voyager RV LCD Observation Monitor # VO34FR has a 7" screen and will accept up to 3 sources, which is what you will have when using side and rear cameras. This also measures 7-5/8" wide x 5-1/4" tall x 1-1/8" deep.

From here, the Voyager RV Side Camera w/ Night Vision - Passenger's (Right) Side # VCMS50RGP and Driver's (Left) Side # VCMS50LGP, though technically will not activate with turn signals, will be a good option. You may need a few of the Voyager Camera Extension Cable - 10' Long # VGR94FR to get these connected as well. The Voyager Rear Camera with LED Low Light Assist # VCMS17B will complete the set up.

If you prefer something wireless on the other hand, we do also have the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System w/ Side Marker Light Cameras # FCE48TASL-05. This also has a 5" screen but measures a little differently at 5-5/8" wide x 3-3/16" tall x 1-3/16" deep. The side cameras, again not blinker activated, will replace a side marker light on each side and will definitely get rid of your blind spots.
