I have a 2021 Camry and I need a hitch for a bike rack. Since this is on a car I'm looking for one that is hidden so that it looks nice and has good ground clearance.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11576 is what you need for your 2021 Toyota Camry if you're going for that hidden design. It is worth noting that this is a Class I hitch so you will be limited to carrying 2 bikes.
