I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package item # BWRVK3305.The Companion hitch is specially designed to attach to the receivers in your factory fifth-wheel towing prep package. The Companion OEM features a 1" think dual jaw for excellent jaw-to-king-pin contact. The rounded two piece jaw on this fifth-wheel trailer hitch inhibits rattle and movement by securely wrapping around your trailer's king pin. It has a cam-action handle for simple release. It has a gross towing weigh of 25,000 lbs and a vertical load limit of 6,250 lbs. I have attached a picture of the Companion fifth wheel hitch installed in the bed of a Ford F-350.
