I can not find any reviews on this product that tell me how the ride changes and how it feels to costumers on longer trips with travel trailers.

I was actually able to install the Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Shank part # GY54FR and test it out for myself. I wasn't able to take a long trip with the product but from what I experienced, it worked very well. There was a noticeable increase in ride quality when compared to before. There wasn't as much shock transferred to the vehicle when you ran over pot holes or bumps/dips in the road. If you want to check out that review, I have attached this for you below.
I will say however that you will see the most benefits from the system if you are within the middle or upper end of the tongue weight capacity of the unit. The above for example is rated for 400 lbs - 1,100 lbs.
