The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C22UR does fit your 2022 Toyota Sienna. I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # DT55MR. This is a custom fit receiver that attaches directly to your Sienna's frame with included hardware. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 4,500 lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 675 lbs. I have attached a picture of this hitch receiver installed.

If you're going to be pulling a trailer I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # TK69FR. This is a plug in wiring adapter that connects behind your Toyota's rear tail lights without any cutting or splicing of wires. This wiring harness will give you control over your trailer's lighting functions.
