Will the Swagman XC2 Bike Rack Work for Woman's Frame Bike With Fenders?

The Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes, # S64650 holds the bike by the frame. So yes, it will work for a bike with fenders, but it still needs a place on the frame to hold to. I suggest use of the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar, # 64005 to address that need.
