For your 1991 GMC 1500, the Putco Locker Truck Bed Side Rails - Polished Stainless Steel with Black Nylon Castings Item # P99812 includes the following parts:

- 4 nylon end castings
- 2 tubes
- 1 hardware kit
- 4 rubber expanders
- 4 rubber spacers (for use with Tundras only)

The hardware kit includes the following:
- 4 5/16” X 3” Bolts
- 4 black gaskets
- 4 black bushings
- 4 5/16” X 3” Full threaded bolts
- 4 plastic bolt sleeves

This kit does not include the side rail covers. We unfortunately do not carry the plastic covers for your 1991 GMC 1500.

Great question. The Putco Locker Truck Bed Side Rails # P99812 is only customized to fit 6-1/2 ft. bed models of 1991 GMC 1500 models. Unfortunately, I confirmed with Putco that they do not make that particular polished stainless with black mounts model for the 8-foot bed version.

However, they do make a completely polished stainless rail that will fit an 8-foot bed. That is the Putco Locker Truck Bed Side Rails - Polished Stainless Steel # P89810. Here are the parts that come with this model:

- 4 locker castings
- 2 SS tubes
- 4 rubber expanders
- 4 5/16” x 3” Fully Threaded Bolt
- 4 Plastic Washer (Not Contained in all kits)
- 4 threaded plates
- 4 black plastic gaskets
- 4 black plastic tube bushings (not contained in all kits)
