Does B&W Turnoverball Have to be Removed to Install Curt Rails on 2018 Ford F-250

Will these Curt rails mount on 2018 Ford F250 with the factory B&W turnover ball gooseneck hitch? Or will that have to be removed?

You would indeed have to remove the B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1116-5W in your 2018 Ford F-250 in order to install base rails like the Curt # C16428-204. That said, for towing with a 5th wheel hitch, there is a much easier option than removing the superb Turnoverball, which is to simply add the B&W Companion, which is a 5th wheel hitch that mounts directly in the Turnoverball.
