The OEM Prep Package on your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD will appear as 5 holes in the bed. Four going around in a rectangle with one in the middle (see the included picture). If you have this in your bed, you do have the prep package and actually already have a gooseneck hitch, so you will need the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit # C60692. This will use the center hole for the goose ball and the back two holes for the safety chain loops.
However, if you do not have the 5 holes in your bed, the Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Hitch with Installation Kit # C65HR will be the correct hitch for your truck. Though installing the brackets on the frame will require no drilling to get installed, you will need to drill into the bed to create holes for the ball and safety chain loops.
One potential add-on when using a gooseneck hitch will be the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56070. This will add a 7 Way in the bed of your truck so you do not need to run the trailer wiring harness over the tailgate and makes connecting a lot easier.
