Question:
I have two MAXXAIR 0007000K powered fans with lid opener problems. One will operate and raise/lower but the lowering and raising operation continues much longer than needed and you can hear gears skipping after full motion. The other unit the motor operates etc but the lid does nothing like it is no longer attached. Looking at your part #s MA10-20281K-1AF MA10-20222KS and trying to see if that makes sense. I appreciate any help you can provide.

It definitely sounds like you need a replacement operator mechanism and lift arm for your MAXXAIR MaxxFan Deluxe # MA00-07000K. With that said, the # MA10-20281K-1AF and # MA10-20222KS will be the correct replacements for you. These will bolt right into your fans and get you working properly in no time.
