Though I can confirm the Curt # C95CR will definitely fit your 2021 Acura RDX and is designed to fit all package/trim options, we have not done an install on this vehicle as of yet. With that being said, we do not have the needed measurement requested, unfortunately.
I double checked with Curt and there is no issue with the Technology Package, but you will need to find the sweet spot for the liftgate sensor on the bumper. The receiver opening will be right in the middle, but you can go to either side of that and it will work just fine.
