Can Hopkins 7-Way Adapter HM47200 be Used to Install Curt Mobile Echo Brake Controller

Yes you could use the # HM47200 with the Curt Echo Mobile brake controller # C51180 but you would need additional components to complete the install since the 12 volt accessory circuit would need to be active on the 7-way. We have the part # ETBC7L instead which is a kit that includes a similar adapter and needed wiring/breaker but if you wanted to make the # HM47200 work you'd need 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by foot) with a breaker like # PK54530 to make it work.

The 10 gauge wire would get ran to the vehicle battery from the 7-way so you'd need to order a quantity that will be that long.
