What is the Difference Between the Yakima RidgeBack and FullTilt Hitch Bike Racks
Question:
whats the difference between Yakima RidgeBack and the Yakima FullTilt.

Expert Reply:
Both the RidgeBack # Y02459 and FullTilt # Y02463 are high-end hanging-style racks from Yakima but in this case the FullTilt has a few extra features so I recommend going that route.
Both racks have very similar features as far as tilting/folding ease of use, the handy SpeedKnob that locks and acts as a tool-free anti-rattle device, and the Zip Strips that secure the bikes. The FullTilt pulls away from the RidgeBack by having an integrated lock for the bikes (that's an add-on for the RidgeBack) and then you actually adjust the cradles along the arms of the FullTilt but the cradles are stationary for the RidgeBack. Aside from that everything else is essentially the same, save the colors used.
Attached are review videos of both for you to check out as well.
