Will the Dexter K23-103-104-00 work on the brake flange of the Timbren ASR2KHDS02? Also will this setup work with 26x9-12 utv tires?

The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes - 7" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 2.2K # K23-103-104-00 fit a 4-bolt pattern so yes, they will technically fit the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Straight Spindle - Wide Tires - 2,000 lbs # ASR2KHDS02.
But those brakes are too small for the hub that fits the Timbren # ASR2KHDS02, which is the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3-EZ.
This is a 10" hub and those brakes are only 7" so the 10" electric brakes with a parking brake that fit the hub are the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # K23-086-087-00.
In regards to tires, so long as you can find a trailer wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern that will allow that size tire then it will work.
