I recommend installing the Thule WingBar Evo system on your 2022 Toyota RAV4. For the flush rails you'll need the following:

One-Key System - # TH450400 (optional)

I really like this roof rack system because it's easy to install and the WingBar Evo crossbars have an updated aero-style design to help cut down on wind noise and drag, and the rubber strip is actually split so that you can freely move any T-Slot mounted accessories without having to cut the strips.

If you don't already have a cargo carrier then I recommend checking out the Inno Roof Deck Platform Rack # INA520 because it's very easy to use and install, plus it has multiple anchor points to secure your cargo.
