For your 2022 Honda Odyssey I recommend going with the Draw-Tite item # 76171 you referenced over the Honda OEM hitch receiver. The towing capacities and functions are identical and are based more off of your vans capabilities than either hitch's strength. The benefit you get with going with the Draw-Tite is their limited lifetime warranty that protects you from defects for the entire time you own the hitch receiver.

If you are looking for a wiring harness to control your trailers lighting functions I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118753.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534.
