Question:
Hello, I am interested in building a custom trailer/Cart. It will be 4 wheeled. I will not be towed on the road, only around the yard by a low speed tractor. I need total weight capacity of 10,000 pounds. I do not need any suspension. Can you help me spec out stub axles square wheel assemblies 5 lug and wheels/tires properly rated for the load.

We have the #42 Spindle # TRU57FR that you can weld to your trailer. It is a 2-1/4" round stub as we do not have any square stub spindles that are rated for over 2,500lbs per spindle.
With these spindles you can use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-655-6-K since you do not need a braking hub. The hub is 6 on 5-1/2" as the 5 lug wheels are not strong enough for the 10,000lb capacity that you are needing.
The Taskmaster ST225/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire with 15" White Mod Wheel # TA42FR are the wheels and tires I recommend. The bias tires will perform better off road than a radial. The tires are rated for a maximum load of 2,540lbs each, which just exceeds the 10,000lb trailer capacity when evenly distributed.
