Installing The Roadmaster RM-1259-108 Rear Anti Sway Bar On A 2004 Fleetwood Bounder

I have a 04 Fleetwood bounder 35e w22 chassis I just purchased the roadmaster rear sway bar an can not figure out how to drill the holes in my frame for the shackle bracket as the leaf spring is in the way My bounder has the shock plate I just wanted to make sure the plate for the bushings should face the front of the RV because the instructions 3 c do not indicate thank you

The flack plate/bracket should indeed have the bushings facing towards the front of the vehicle. I included an image showing this as well.

As to drilling the holes for the shackle bracket, I don't really have a way to make that easier, unfortunately. This can definitely be a pain in the butt and the only advice I can offer is to use a 90 degree angle drill, if you are not already using one. If you do not have the room for that, a long extension on either a drill or ratchet should grant you enough purchase. I included an install video we have of the Roadmaster # 1139-144 on an 04 Winnebago that may help you out as well.
