5TH Wheel Rails To Install a Curt Q20 Sliding 5TH Wheel Hitch on 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 Short Bed

I have a 2022 Silverado 2500 and I need to mount my Curt Q20 5th wheel hitch in the bed. It is a short bed truck, what rail kit do I need to complete the installation.

To mount your Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider # C16536 into the bed of your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 you will need choose the correct rails based on if your truck has the in bed factory hitch prep/puck system. If you are unsure you can look inside your bed for 5 large cutouts in the bed that have mounting connections that are covered with a plastic cap. Those are the mounting points for 5th wheel hitches and gooseneck trailer balls.

For a Silverado with the factory prep/puck system you will need the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR. These will drop into the factory mounting points and give you a set of rails that your Curt Q20 5th wheel hitch will drop into.

If you do not have the factory prep/puck system the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16429-204 will provide you with the in bed rails as well as the custom fit under bed brackets. These brackets make the installation easier by removing the need to drill through the frame on your Silverado.
