The hitch for your 2022 Honda Odyssey to carry a bike rack would be the Draw Tite part # 76170 as it has the best towing capacities and is the most hidden since only hitch opening hangs below rear bumper. This helps make it less visible and also helps with ground clearance. I attached an install video as well.
This would work great to carry a bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z.
