There are definitely some differences between hitch receivers, and these two hitch receivers are no exception.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # 76171, has a maximum tongue weight of 675 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 4,500 lbs. It measures 4" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper. The distance between the ground and the top inside of the hitch receiver is 13".

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # C13370. has a maximum tongue weight of 525 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs. It measures 3" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the bumper. The distance between the ground the the top inside of the hitch receiver is 13".

Aesthetically, I think these hitches look just about the same. If I am choosing between the two, I am probably going with the Curt option. When you are using a hitch receiver on your vehicle. You have to use the LOWEST, maximum weight capacities between the hitch receiver and your vehicle's recommended maximum weight capacities. Your 2022 Honda Odyssey has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 lbs, and that depends upon the vehicle's trim. Therefore, the Draw-Tite's weight advantage has been negated. So I will go with the Curt option because it's center of the hitch pin to the edge of the bumper measurement is 3".

I have included product description links and video installation links below.
