If the bed liner in your 2009 Toyota Tacoma is a spray-in then the Swagman bike rack # S64702 will not be any problem at all. If it is a slide-in type that only goes up under the bed side rails then that too will be fine. But if it is the type of bed liner that comes up and over the bed side rails I recommend trimming away the bed liner where the rack will go for a solid connection.

If your Tacoma has the bed rail tie down system then that can interfere with this type of rack and you will want to look at other options. I have included a link to the options for you.
