Question:
What is the difference between the Curt and Draw-Tite hitches for my 2022 Acadia? I'm just looking to use it for a bike rack so nothing serious.

The main difference between the Curt # C13293 and Draw-Tite # 76023 hitches for your 2022 GMC Acadia is the style of how it looks once installed. The Draw-Tite fits a little more snug up to the bumper of your vehicle and it's what I recommend going with because it looks a bit more clean.
Aside from that they have different weight ratings (but that doesn't matter because your vehicle is rated lower than both) and the install for both will look a little different. The Curt will be easier to install because you essentially just hold it up and bolt it into place but the Draw-Tite requires you to remove the bumper.
Attached are some installation videos and a few photos of the hitches installed for you to compare. If you don't already have a bike rack then I recommend checking out the Yakima FullSwing # Y02465 because you can carry 4 bikes with it and then easily swing them out of the way when you need access to your rear cargo area.
