Question:
Will this combo kit taillight wiring and diodes work and use the current lights in my Buick? Do I have to use the bulbs that come with the combo kit? I really dont want to drill other holes in the taillight housing.

The taillight assemblies on your 2019 Buick Envision aren't compatible with the bulb and sockets included with the Roadmaster # RM-9243-1 Combo Kit.
The kit also includes the necessary diodes, wiring and hardware to install a diode kit, and since the kit is less expensive than purchasing all the individual parts separately, you'll still come out ahead even if you don't use the bulb and sockets.
