I want to go to a goose box the ball . What part number for 3619 ATC toy hauler. Dealer said to go with 20k? Is it one hitch fits all just pick the weight?

You need to match the bolt hole pattern from your current pin box on your ATC Game Changer Pro 3619 5th Wheel Toy Hauler. From the information I found it does appear that your Toy Hauler came with a 1621 bolt pattern which has holes that are 2" in vertical separation and 7-7/8" horizontal separation.
The Reese Goose Box # RP94720 would be the correct replacement for your 5th wheel that has a 1621 bolt pattern. It does have a 20,000lb weight rating with 4,000lb tongue weight capacity. This will work best with your ATC having a weight rating of 16,800lbs and tongue weight of 2,750lbs.
Since you are changing to a ball type connection you will need to add the Reese Safety Chain Kit # RP49151 to the Reese Goose Box. This is a requirement by law for all ball trailer connections to have safety chains.
