Since you mentioned that you have 8k hybrid axles and 7k spindles, I recommend confirming your inner/outer bearings to ensure you are getting the correct hubs/drums and brakes with the correct weight capacity.
With that being said, if you have 8k axles with 5/8-inch studs, I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 8,000-lb Axles - 8 on 6-1/2 - Oil Bath # 8-285-10UC3-A (with # 02475 outer bearing and # 25580 inner bearing).
If you have 7k axles, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7K lb E-Z Lube Axle - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 - 5/8" Studs # 8-219-18UC3 (with # 14125A outer bearing and # 25580 inner bearing).
For the brakes, I recommend the the Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Dust Shields - Self-Adjusting - 12-1/4" - Left/Right Hand - 8K # AKEBRK-8. The brake kit comes with a dust shield and are self-adjusting to keep the headache out of the process. If you determine that you have 7k axles, I recommend the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 7,000 lbs # 23-180-181.
