I have a great ramp solution for you. Unfortunately, the Swagman Current # S64678 does not have a compatible ramp that fits. It will, however, fit with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75940 when installed on your 2013 Audi Q5.

With that being said, if you are looking for a ramp solution, a great alternative is the Yakima OnRamp - 2" Hitches # Y36FR. In addition to the integrated ramp, another advantage you receive with the OnRamp is the independently-adjustable cradles that can slide anywhere on the central mast. This is a great benefit if you are using bikes that are women's bikes, children's bikes, or step-thru bike frames because you do not need to purchase an additional bike frame adapter bar like the # HRBA-PRO in order to mount it to the clamps. Also, it comes with a higher on-road per-bike weight capacity on your 2013 Audi Q5 (66 pounds, but rated at 40 pounds per-bike off road).
