The Adco Olefin HD All-Climate RV Cover for Travel Trailer, # AD97ZR is made of Olefin. This fabric has very low moisture absorption will wick moisture away quickly for drying out. It is colorfast for longer life in appearance and is stain and sunlight resistant. The item you linked to works great for long term storage in all climates. It has an actual dimension of 243" long x 100" wide x 96" tall. This will work well for travel trailers from 18'-1" to 20' in length. Please note the attached image for proper measuring of RV.
