The best replacement air conditioner rooftop unit to replace your current unit is the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup - 15,500 Btu - White # FACR15SA-W-C. This unit has an adapter cable to connect to Coleman, Dometic, or Carrier Air units to make installation simple. Of the brands we carry Furrion is the overall best performer, which can be seen in the attached review video which goes over specifications of each brand.

This unit includes a start capacitor that offers an extra boost to help jump-start the AC when a campsite or generator doesn't provide enough power. It uses dual motors to allow the fans to move cool air faster and more efficiently than a single motor unit and has rubber dampeners on the compressor to help reduce vibration and noise.
