A hitch like the Draw-Tite # 41920 is only designed to fit certain years of the Ford F-150 like your 2001. Because of differences in the frames, as well as the holes used to mount the hitch, hitches for the 2001 F-150 will not fit a 2006 Ford E-350.
If you would like to add a hitch to your 2006 Ford E-350, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75703. This is a custom fit Class III hitch with a maximum gross trailer weight of 6,000 lbs and tongue weight of 600 lbs.
